Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Method

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail services. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Royal Mail Tracked 48 deliveries typically arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is selected, tracking details will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
